Thought leadership · one individual voice

Become known for a position you can defend.

For a founder or CXO, authority begins with the work only they can explain. We capture the real decisions, write the claim and its limits, then make the chosen channel a place where the right readers can encounter that thinking.

THE AUTHORITY MAPVoice · position · reader
POSITION TO OWNThe cost of delayClaim + proof + challenge + limit
01 · VoiceWhat did you actually see and decide?
02 · PositionWhat claim can your evidence carry?
03 · BoundaryWhere might the other side be right?
04 · ReaderWho needs the distinction next?

The leader reviews the position, supporting material and boundaries before the work is published.

The Authority System · Social Legendary

A post is the visible part. The position is the asset.

We work in this order. The leader corrects the thinking before the first piece ships, and approved work becomes part of a reusable voice library.

01 · Voice

Capture what only this person knows.

Recorded conversation, prior writing, memos, customer language and operating decisions supply the material. The writing should sound like the person on their best day, not like an impression.

02 · Argument

Write the claim before the post.

Put evidence, the strongest counterargument and the boundary beside the position. A useful claim should survive a question from someone who knows the field.

03 · Channel

Make one decision about the room.

LinkedIn asks for professional relevance and inspectable judgement. X asks for a concise interpretation, or a thread whose sequence earns each step.

04 · System

Keep the source and approval loop.

The voice library, calendar and agreed measures give the next original a reason to exist. Nothing is published before the client approves it.

Before drafting

A position without a boundary is only a louder opinion. The counterargument is written before the first piece ships.

Who the thinking needs to reach

One archive. Different questions.

Three audience rings can share one position without needing the same opening line or the same level of proof.

Peers and operators ask how the decision was made. Buyers and investors ask what changed and whether the evidence travels. Press, analysts and answer surfaces need a claim they can attribute and check. The leader needs to recognise their own judgement in every version.

Choose the reading room

LinkedIn and X are different editorial jobs.

Both units start with voice and evidence. The question is where the argument needs to live first; a post is written for that room, never a paragraph reformatted twice.

inProfessional authority

LinkedIn

Make operating judgement legible to a defined professional reader. Give peers and buyers a concrete decision, the evidence behind it and a reason to keep reading the person.

X

Say what changed, why it matters and where the claim stops. Use a complete thread when mechanism, evidence and challenge need more than one step.

This is a channel choice, not a two-channel bundle. Company publishing and daily community management are separate services.

Measurement without a shortcut

Read the early signals. Keep the later claims honest.

The framework moves from quality to authority, influence, pipeline and value. These are lenses to agree and inspect, not outcomes included with a post count.

01Quality

Read depth, saves and substantive replies from the chosen platform.

02Authority

Relevant citations or invitations when they happen, with a source attached.

03Influence

Whether the argument appears in sales conversations or buyer recall, recorded in calls or CRM notes.

04Pipeline

Inbound quality and deal context where the CRM can support the connection.

05Value

Longer-run business effects only when finance and the evidence support them.

How the work matures

The first quarter builds a voice the leader owns.

The work begins with an archive and calibration, then reviews what held. This sequence describes the method, not a guarantee of citations or enquiries by day ninety.

Days 1–14

Capture and positions

Recorded voice capture, source intake, three position drafts with claim, evidence, counterargument and boundary, then a calendar with reasons.

Days 15–45

Calibrate in public only after approval

The leader corrects early drafts; those edits change the voice library. The selected channel moves toward its 15-original monthly rhythm.

Days 46–90

Review what travelled

Check quality signals and any attributable authority or inbound evidence. Decide whether the position holds, needs a clearer limit, or should change.

One recorded onboarding conversation and a weekly approval pass are the working model. The exact brief confirms cadence and source access.

Two individual units

One leader. One channel. Fifteen originals.

Choose the room that best fits the next argument. Extra original posts are $99 each on a separate USD line; a complete X thread is one original.

LinkedIn Thought Leadership

₹1,49,000 / month

Bylines, newsletters, speeches, company posts and daily reply management are not bundled into these individual units. Existing cancellation and revision terms remain subject to the signed agreement.

Before the first call

Questions about the shared method.

The answer and the commercial brief should agree before anything is scheduled.

How is the work different from a ghostwriter?

The recorded source conversation gives us the leader’s decisions and language. We write the claim, evidence, counterargument and boundary before drafting the post, then return it for correction.

What if I have never written publicly?

A writing archive is not required. The leader needs real operating experience, source material and time to correct early drafts. Those edits build the voice library before anything publishes.

Who owns the content and voice library?

You own briefs, drafts, published pieces, positioning documents and the voice library, with a full handover when the engagement ends.

Can I try one month?

You can start with one month, though the voice will still be taking shape. The pre-call audit, including a 150-word voice sample, helps you judge the approach before committing.

How much of my time does it take?

Plan for a recorded onboarding conversation and a weekly approval pass, usually under 45 minutes. The chosen plan and brief confirm the exact working rhythm.

Where does AI sit?

Transcription and archive retrieval can support a human editor. The claim, evidence and boundary must come from the leader and their material; raw generated copy is not published under their name.

Who posts it?

We can deliver ready-to-post copy or schedule it after your approval. Daily community management is a separate Social Legendary service, not part of this 15-post individual unit.

The authority audit is sent 48 hours before a scheduled call. It includes your position today, the gap in what you have published, who is teaching your category, three unpublished claims and a 150-word voice sample from your material.
