Services

We provide social media strategy, content creation, community management, influencer coordination and analytics on a monthly subscription basis. Specific deliverables are defined in your statement of work.

Billing

Invoices are issued monthly in advance and due within 7 days. Late payment may pause service.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. No refunds on the current billing cycle.

Ownership

All deliverables produced under an active subscription transfer to you on payment. Any public showcase requires your permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior three months.

One-time Production

Payment, delivery and approval terms

Scope and payment

One-time Production purchases cover the fixed scope shown for the selected edit, add-on or batch and confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, fixed-scope purchases are paid in full. A checkout link identifies an item only; the approved catalog and written scope determine the amount and deliverables.

Each edit includes two consolidated revision rounds and one primary aspect ratio. Extra approved ratios, alternate hooks or calls to action, extra finished minutes and select-heavy review outside the stated source ratio are additional scope. Rush delivery inside 48 hours is 1.75× only where we accept the rush request in writing.

Fulfilment timeline

The schedule starts when the brief, usable footage, required brand assets and agreed scope have been received. Typical edit timelines are shown on the relevant Production page; the delivery date is confirmed per brief. Batch passes are fulfilled within their stated 30, 45 or 60-day window. Accepted rush work follows the separately confirmed rush schedule.

Customer review and approval

The customer approves the written scope before production starts, supplies one consolidated set of notes per revision round and gives explicit final approval before handover. A new concept after the first cut is a new edit. Customer silence is not treated as approval.

Cancellation and refunds for one-time edits

Full refund before work starts.

Monthly subscriptions carry a 30-day cancellation notice, with no refund for the current cycle. That policy does not apply automatically to one-time Production purchases: cancellation and refund terms for one-time work are set out in the written scope before payment is requested.
