Start a brief

Tell us who you need to reach, and when.

Start with the business problem, the strongest proof you already have and where your channels stand today. A written plan and a fixed price come back within one working day. Submitting a brief does not place an order.

Programme brief

Start with the problem.

Optional. International format.
Send your brief. We reply with a written plan, fixed price and next steps before work begins.
01 · How it starts

From brief to agreed scope.

Step 01 · Send the problem

The business problem, the channels in play, what has already been tried and what a good outcome would change. One page is enough. We recommend a service and explain the proposed scope.

Step 02 · Read the plan before the call

We send a short plan built on your channel, your category and your constraint. The call is then about your business.

Step 03 · Confirm the right scope

The level, the channels, the named owners, the reply times and the first 30 days, agreed in writing before anything is invoiced. If we are the wrong fit, this is where we say so.

Share your priorities, relevant product information and the person who will review the work.

02 · The first conversation

Thirty minutes should leave both of us clearer.

Who must care now?

Not a broad persona: the real state, tension, aspiration or decision the channel can enter.

What can we show?

Product, customer, operator, data, demonstration, process or experience that sustains the promise.

Which channel has the job?

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or X because the behaviour fits, not because the account exists.

Who supplies the facts and signs off?

Source, brand, legal, production, community and final publish authority made explicit.

What would change the next brief?

Attention, recommendation, community, authority and demand context read at the right distance.

Is social really the problem?

We will say when product, offer, production capacity or market clarity must be solved first.
